Tom Kelly
Tom is an accredited British Powerlifting Coach, Personal Trainer and Owner of Southampton Barbell. Tom has a multi-sport background and over 20 years gym experience. He has coached athletes from sports including Powerlifting, Strongman, Bodybuilding, Rugby, Boxing, Golf, Cycling, Endurance athletes as well as general population. Tom has a wealth of knowledge and heads Southampton Barbell Powerlifting Team.
Tom’s competitive achievements include:
European Unequipped Drug Free Powerlifting Champion
3 times British Unequipped Drug Free Powerlifting Champion
Multiple time Regional Southern Counties Unequipped Drug Free Powerlifting Champion
British Unequipped Drug Free record holder in Squat, Bench, Deadlift and total.
Jemma Shaw Bost
Jemma is a Registered Osteopath. She has a multi-sport background including Powerlifting, Olympic Weightlifting, Muay Thai, Swimming and Cycling. She has 11 years of experience in training and treating a wide range of clients.
Jemma’s qualifications include:
-Bachelors Osteopathy Degree.

Luke Becker
Lindsey Newbold
Lindsey is a Sports Massage Therapist and Nutrition Coach. She a Runner and Cyclist and is looking forward to hitting the gym to get strong! She loves easing clients aches and pains on the massage table and is passionate about helping women lose weight in a sustainable way and supporting them to train and eat around their cycle to improve recovery and performance.
